Shipping and Returns

Processing Times

All ready to ship orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  


For pre-orders, shipping timelines are stipulated in the individual listings.

If you purchase a pre-order product alongside a ready to ship product, they will be posted together once your order is complete. If you require your ready to ship product sooner, please place separate orders.


Domestic Shipping: 
We offer a variety of different UK shipping options, please select your preference at checkout.

International Shipping: 
All international packages will be sent tracked and signed as standard

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the parcel.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees: You are responsible for all customs, import duties, VAT, and handling fees that may be charged by your country's customs office. These fees are not included in the shipping cost - unless specifically stated, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please be mindful of this when ordering. Weku Yarn is not responsible for any additional fees you may incur. 

We are not responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees you may receive. Please be mindful of this, especially if you are ordering from the EU.

US Shipping

All orders to the US will be shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means we will collect any tariffs due at checkout and pay these in advance of shipping your package.

Returns and Refunds

We are happy to accept returns if you are not happy with your order. Please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Any yarn returned must be in the same condition you received it in and fit for resell. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the goods have arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please note, dyed to order and custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
